The collection contains William F. Collins's report (42 leaves) on the Penn State Creamery operations for his summer practicum in Dairy Husbandry class. The report includes a history of the Creamery; how to make butter and cheese; three sample butter wrappings; photographs of faculty (including F.P. Knoll), staff, equipment, and the delivery truck; the floor plan of the Creamery; and biographical essays and photographs of dairy professors Andrew Allen Borland and Chester D. Dahle. Collins sent wooden ice cream spoons with this report to Phil on 14 April 1992 who shared it with Don Josephson. Josephson kept the spoons and returned the report to Phil on 11 October 1993 with comments about Collins.
